By-Election in Shepton Mallet
Following the sudden death of Cllr Stephen Robinson, a By-Election will be held on Thursday 29th May for the Shepton Mallet division of the County Council.
Stephen's widow, Margaret, will be standing as the Conservative candidate, hoping to continue her husband's work, in a three-way contest.
Margaret is a current Councillor at Mendip District Council.
Voters who wish to register for a postal or proxy vote should contact the election team at Mendip District Council on 01749 648999.
